This core stability class is run by Sports Therapist & Fitness Instructor Rosie Cooper. The class uses foam rollers, weights, stability cushions and of course - fitballs! A really good workout for the whole body for improving strength, tone and stamina.

Pilates is a floor based class focusing on slow techniques to strengthen the abdominals, lower back muscles, correct posture and muscle imbalance. Excellent for people with chronic back or joint problems, pre or post surgery, general muscle weakness, and for the athlete increases core strength and muscle imbalances.
