We offer a tailor-made nutrition and personal training programme to help you achieve your weight loss goals and to improve your overall sense of well being.
Kerry Torrens DipION, Nutritional Therapist and Nicola Rapley, Premier Three, Personal Trainer will work with you on a one-to-one basis to provide you with a personalised food plan and exercise programme, as well as lifestyle advice, to help you lose weight – and keep it off.
We don’t believe in faddy diets and dramatic weight loss. We advocate that the healthiest way to lose weight – and keep it off - is to lose it gradually through good nutrition and regular exercise.  Losing weight is not always easy and there can be a wide range of factors that might have contributed to your weight gain.  As a nutritional therapist Kerry recognises that each person is an individual who has unique dietary and nutrition needs.  She will work with you to help address the factors that have lead to your weight gain and to provide you with a personalised food plan and lifestyle advice to help you reach your weight loss goals. Likewise, our personal trainer, Nicola, will assess your exercise requirements and develop an exercise programme specialised for your needs and that fits with your lifestyle, whether you’ve never undertaken regular exercise before or you are stuck in an exercise ‘rut’ and want advice on new ways to shake up your work-out and increase the intensity for better results.
We understand that it can be difficult to adjust to a new way of eating and/or starting regular exercise and committing to it on a regular basis which is why we offer email and phone support during your weight loss programme to help keep you motivated and to answer any questions you may have along the way.

MARATHON & TRIATHLON INJURY PREVENTION...

Our Sports Therapists specialize in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries. The initial consultation will include a full muscular assessment: examining muscle strength, flexibility, joint mobility and muscle firing patterns, this will then indicate where the muscle imbalances and weaknesses lie... An exercise rehabilitation programme can then be prescribed to help improve the findings, deep tissue sports massage may also be advised to help decongest tight, fatigued muscles, improve elasticity, reduce injury, this will inprove your form and performance!

BOXERCISE Saturdays 10.00 & 11.00

Such a popular class we have just started an 11am class! This is one of the best ways to burn body fat and increase fitness levels whilst having fun! This class gives whole body conditioning with maximum results; this is so fun you will forget you have just done an hours workout. With the use of a punch bag, sparring partner work and boxing techniques!

PILATES FOR ALL

We have over 16 Pilates classes a week! From 08.00 - 20.00 Monday - Saturday, have a look at our Studio timetable and find a class to suit you. Pilates is a floor based class focusing on slow techniques to strengthen the abdominals, lower back muscles, correct posture and muscle imbalance. Excellent for people with chronic back or joint problems, pre or post surgery, general muscle weakness, and for the athlete increases core strength and muscle imbalances.
