Training for spring 2009? 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon.

Foot being treated

Interval work, Fartlek, hill sessions & tempo runs on Tuesday evenings followed by studio conditioning, concentrating on core strength for injury free trianing. Saturdays: this is a longer run 4miles+ leading up to training for a 10k/Half Marathon. Plenty of first hand experience, tips & advice. Train with like minded others in a friendly, fun, motivational environment.
