Neuro Linguistic Programing

NLP is an off shoot of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy developed by Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grinder in the 1970s after studying the major proponents of therapy. NLP has been described as the technology of the mind, the science of achievement and the study of success. NLP looks at excellence in all fields and produces models which allow people to understand how to change their behaviours and achieve their aims. The field of NLP is based on the realization that we create much of our experience by the specific ways that we see, hear and feel things in our mind and body. By knowing how your brain works, you can change it so that it is always working for you.  NLP is pro-active and goal orientated, empowering you to change negative perceptions from the past and build positive resourceful states for the future.

Life coaching
Life Coaching is an approach to helping others to get the most out of themselves and to achieve what they are truly capable of.  The coach’s role is less of one giving advice and much more of one helping the clients to discover the questions they need to ask themselves to uncover their own strengths and solutions.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to aid personal development, conflict resolution and self healing.  Hypnotherapy enhances NLP processes and makes them more effective.  Hypnotherapy uses the trance state, a particularly relaxed state of mind, to help you to listen to and use your unconscious mind to help you achieve what you really want in life and to find answers to difficulties more easily.
