We are very proud to offer 15+ Pilates classes per week! Welcoming ante & post natal classes Tuesdays & Wednesdays, Mums can bring their babies to the class and don't have to worry about child care. Our classes have a maximum of 8 people, so you receive personal tuition and exercise safely and effectively in our Studio. Pilates is a slow floor based core conditioning class, to help strengthen weak joints/back problems, and increase muscle tone and flexibility.
Our RUN-FIT classes are open to everyone from a the complete beginner to the intermediate runner, classes happen every Tuesday evening 6.45pm & Fridays12 noon. If you have ever thought of training for a 5K or 10K and didn't know where to start, then this is for you! It is a Beginners and intermediate session comprising of 25-35 minute outdoor activity (to increase gradually) mixture of walk-jog then combined strength and conditioning in the Studio. Fun, Motivating, great for weight loss, over all fitness, and friendly!

4 week course £40.00
This is a 4 week course, offering tuition to safely and effectively massage your baby. The class is split 45 mins tuition followed by a friendly and social coffee/biscuits, so please allow 90 minutes. Mrs Lynn Milstead our new Holistic Therapist will be Instructing the class at our Studio, and will provide baby massage oil for you, parents concerned about skin conditions e.g. Eczema are welcome to bring their own cream/oil.

Parents need to bring: Baby (or teddy/doll if baby is likely to be asleep/hungry at the course time) normal baby changing items, a towel, wear comfortable clothing, and complete consultation form prior to course.
